All of these funds help support bereaved families in the East Valley communities as they navigate their grief journey.

Our son Royce Quill was born on July 6, 2017 at Mercy Gilbert Hospital. I have not one single complaint about my experience there; the nurses and staff at the hospital were overwhelmingly supportive and caring from the start to finish. One nurse spent multiple hours helping us make hand and foot molds so we would have a physical reminder of Royce Quill's beautiful fingers and toes.

Grant and I continued to be supported by Dignity Health after Quill's death, attending their monthly bereaved parent support group and participating in their annual infant and pregnancy loss memorial ceremony. The bereaved parent support group was the only place we could be truly vulnerable with other parents who knew exactly what we were going through. We experienced so much healing through the meetings and the various ways Heaven's Hummingbirds helped us honor and remember our son.
