Dear family and friends,
In July of 2023 I lost my son Thiago due to going into preterm labor at 21wks & 3 days. I was a first time mom at just 19yrs old and I was so excited to give my baby boy all the love I could. I was robbed from so much in losing my son. I was so lost and angry I would not have survived in my grief without heavens hummingbirds grief group. I fell pregnant again July of 2024 with my babygirl Samantha and unfortunately lost her as well at just 20wks & 5 days in November of 2024. I’ve had my fair share of grief and loss. I’ve made it this far because I have people to lean on and a grief group to go to when I feel like I need to be heard and seen. Events like the remembrance run make it possible for families like me to take home keepsakes of our babies that we get to cherish for the rest of our lives. It also helps fund events were our babies are talked about and honored. Every dollar makes a difference we appreciate any donation. Thank you for all the love. This year not only will we take the steps my son didn’t get too but also my daughter!
I’m raising funds to support Dignity Health Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center's infant bereavement programs, and I’d love your help! These programs provide comfort, healing, and guidance to families in our community as they navigate their grief journey after losing an infant.
Your donation will help bridge the gap from hospital to home, ensuring families receive the compassionate care and support they need during one of the most difficult times in their lives.
