Day of Run Volunteers
Not a runner, but still want to support these amazing families?
Join us as a volunteer and help create a meaningful experience for the families we serve. We have a variety of ways you can lend a hand on event day!

Volunteer Opportunities:
- Set Up Crew: Help set up tables, pop-up tents, step-and-repeat banners, and place hummingbird name stakes along the route.
- Registration - NEW Sign-Ups: Welcome new participants by assigning bib numbers, providing t-shirts, and handing out event materials.
- T-Shirt & Distribution: Assist pre-registered runners by distributing their bibs and t-shirts.
- Water Station Attendant: Refill cups and keep runners hydrated along the route.
- Finish Line Medals: Hand out finisher medals and celebrate each participant’s accomplishment.
- Clean-Up Crew: Help break down tables, pack up supplies, and leave the space clean and tidy.
- Face Painting Artist: Provide fun and creative face painting for kids (artistic experience preferred).
- Cheer Squad: Make and hold encouraging signs, cheer loudly, and boost the energy at key points and the finish line.
- Heaven's Hummingbirds Kids Activities: Assist at the Heaven’s Hummingbirds table with temporary tattoos, bubbles, and other fun children’s activities.
